The reception staff was really nice. yulia and ana show amazing customer care. the free airport shuttle was super useful. It runs regularly. my room was clean and the bed, very comfy.

The room was clean and met my basic needs for a short stay.

The bathroom door was glass and slid open and closed creating noise. Privacy was compromised due to this design. Anyone in the room could easily hear everything happening in the bathroom. The room's temperature was difficult to regulate. It remained cold despite my attempts to adjust the heating system.

i found a really lovely room very nice and neat. the restaurant had a beautiful menu, it offered a selection of tasty dishes and drinks. the shuttle bus service to the airport was particularly helpful and very easy to use. i enjoyed having the receptionist available all day and night, it provided a sense of security and care.

the only minor issue was the debris i noticed in the surrounding industrial area, it detracted a little from the overall aesthetic.

The continental breakfasts included a large variety of teas, coffees, and expresso machines. There were platters of lunch meat, cheese, fresh fruit, and hot items like scrambled eggs. these breakfasts really set a great tone for a day of work. the food was AMAZING!!!

the check-in was so cute, and the receptionist was lovely, brightening my day after a long trip from a convention i joined the rewards program because of her kindness. the room had ample space and was very clean i slept so well on a very comfortable bed that featured many pillows and i appreciated the complimentary water provided.

the door to the bathroom made a noise i did not like, so it wasn't perfectly peaceful.
